Bradley M. Arlen

Bradley M. Arlen is an associate attorney with a focus on civil litigation, family law, and estate planning.

Mr. Arlen earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he was a member of the Feinstein Institute for Legal Services, which provides an array of hands-on learning experiences through its Public Interest and Judicial Externship Program and its Public Service Program. Arlen received the Public Service Award in recognition of his work with the Institute. Prior to joining the firm,  Arlen served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas C. Miller, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Family and Civil Part, Somerset County and was employed in Central New Jersey.

Mr. Arlen is licensed and a member of the Bar in New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. When he is not in the office, Mr. Arlen enjoys spending time with his children, Tiki the cat, Darwin the dog, and Stacey, his wife. Not necessarily in that order. Mr. Arlen enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, attempting to coach kids’ lacrosse, tending to his garden and the occasional wildlife rescue of birds, turtles and the rare abandoned baby squirrel.

Mr. Arlen enjoys practicing law at BMC because he learns from Mr. Borenstein and helps a diversified portfolio of clients with some novel issues.
