Partner Erin Calpin focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and trust and estate administration. She has extensive experience assisting executors through the legal complexities of an estate administration, and specializes in estate planning techniques to preserve wealth for future generations. She has been a certified guardian under the National Guardianship Association; she has acted as court appointed guardian in Hunterdon and Warren Counties; and she has frequently acted as court appointed attorney for the alleged incapacitated person in guardianship proceedings.  Ms. Calpin is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and New York State Bar. She received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Newark.
